# Rewards and Incentives

Manic offers two reward programs to recognize active traders and encourage community growth: Volume Rewards and the Referral Program.

## Volume Rewards

Volume Rewards are milestone-based incentives for traders who reach cumulative trading volume thresholds.

### How It Works

As your total trading volume accumulates, you unlock reward milestones. Each milestone has a volume target (e.g. $1k, $5k, $10k). When you reach a milestone, a reward becomes claimable.

* Progress is tracked automatically based on all settled positions
* Both winning and losing trades count toward volume
* Rewards can be claimed directly from the Volume Rewards panel on the trading page

### Claiming Rewards

When a milestone is reached, the reward status changes from **Locked** to **Claimable**. A visual indicator appears on the Volume Rewards button in the top navigation. Open the panel and click **Claim** to receive the reward to your account balance.

Once claimed, the milestone moves to **Claimed** status and cannot be claimed again.

## Referral Program

The Referral Program rewards users who invite friends to trade on Manic.

### How to Participate

1. **Bind your X (Twitter) account** — Go to the Referral page and connect your X account. This is required to participate in the referral program and to receive the initial sign-up reward.
2. **Share your invite link** — Once your X account is connected, your personal referral link is activated. Share it with friends.
3. **Earn rewards** — When someone signs up and trades using your invite link, you earn referral rewards based on their activity.

### Referral Page

The Referral page shows:

* Your invite code and shareable link
* A list of users you have invited (invitees)
* Your current reward balance and claimable amounts
* Reward rules and eligibility criteria

### X Account Binding

Binding your X account is a one-time step required to activate the referral program. Once connected, your X username is displayed on the Referral page. The binding can only be done once per account.
